All orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days – depending on item availability and delivery area. We will endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service but depending on location, it may take 2-10 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery delays can be caused by many factors, including the challenges of COVID-19. We’re doing everything we can to keep things moving while keeping you and our staff COVID safe.
- All deliveries are unloaded on the ground floor only.
- If there is nobody at the site to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.
- Some items may require more than one person for handling, it is your responsibility to provide an additional person at the delivery address to assist with unloading.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your purpose prior to ordering, including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your delivery address.
Domestic Shipping Rates
At Lamex, we like to ensure all our customers receive a personalized shopping experience. This means each order is treated individually and shipping costs are not the same for all. To ensure you receive the best possible shipping costs via our carriers, shipping is calculated by our staff for each individual order.
Once your order has been placed, one of our dedicated staff members will contact you with a quote for delivery charges. Upon receipt of payment, your delivery will be on its way to you!!!

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you a notification when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 AM to 4 PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 10 days from when you receive your delivery, if the item is unused, in original condition, and packaging. We will refund the full order amount (not the shipping costs). Please read our full return policy for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
